Morgantown, W.Va., April 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.46 million of 0% trigger gears due March 31, 2023 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.17 times the ETF return.
If the ETF falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the initial level if the ETF finishes below the 75% downside threshold.
