By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 2 - UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due June 28, 2019 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 123% to 133% of the ETF return, with the exact participation rate to be determined at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls by more than 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 90272X695) are expected to price June 25 and settle June 30.

UBS Investment Bank and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
