New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.96 million trigger step performance notes tied to Vanguard FTSE EM

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 29 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.96 million of 0% trigger step performance securities due May 31, 2017 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the 18.04% step return and the fund return.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls more than 20%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
