Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro plans three-year dollar-denominated bonds

Atlanta, April 12 - Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro do Sul SA is planning a dollar-denominated issue of three-year bonds, a market source said Tuesday.

Deutsche Bank and UBS are the bookrunners for the deal.

Banco Cruzeiro do Sul is a Sao Paulo-based lender.
