Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro do Sul to host Friday call for dollar-denominated five-year notes

Portland, Ore., Jan. 6 - Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro do Sul SA will host a Friday investor call for a dollar-denominated offering of five-year senior notes (expected ratings Ba2/BB-), according to a market source.

The international call is set to get underway at 10:30 a.m. ET.

Barclays Capital, BCP Securities and UBS are the joint bookrunners.

Banco Cruzeiro do Sul is a Brazilian bank focused on the payroll deduction loan market.
