New Issue: Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro do Sul sells $250 million 8½% five-year global bonds at 99.007

St. Louis, Feb. 12 - Brazil's Banco Cruzeiro do Sul SA priced a $250 million issue of 8½% five-year fixed-rate global bonds (Ba2) at 99.007 on Friday, according to a market source.

BCP Securities LLC and BTG Pactual were the bookrunners for the issue that was placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
