Valmont Industries to price $500 million two-part notes offering

Virginia Beach, Sept. 8 – Valmont Industries Inc. plans to price a $500 million offering of senior notes in tranches due 2044 and 2054, according to a market source and a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to fund a tender offer as well as for general corporate purposes.

The Omaha-based company designs and manufactures fabricated metal products.
