Valmont Industries files automatic shelf registration covering debt

Knoxville, Tenn., April 7 - Valmont Industries Inc. filed a debt securities and guarantees of debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Valmont is an Omaha-based producer of fabricated metal products, pole and tower structures and mechanized irrigation systems.
