New Issue: Peru's Banco Continental sells $350 million 5½% 10-year notes at 300 bps spread

Atlanta, Nov. 15 - Peru's BBVA Banco Continental SA priced $350 million 5½% notes due Nov. 18, 2020 at 99.22 to yield 5.603%, or Treasuries plus 300 basis points, a market source said.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and BBVA were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

BBVA Banco Continental is a lender based in Lima.
