Ralcorp sells shares of Vail Resorts, keeps 19.2% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 15 - A group of Vail Resorts, Inc. investors led by Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. sold 370,300 shares between Aug. 12 and Oct. 1 at prices from $35.0850 to $45.1066 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 7,080,606 shares, or 19.2%, of the Broomfield, Colo., mountain resort operator.
