Moody's rates Comafi notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 long-term global local currency debt rating to Banco Comafi SA's expected issuance of $125 million of senior Argentine peso-linked notes due in 2016.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's Latin America also assigned an Aa2.ar long-term local currency debt rating on the national scale to the notes.

The local currency senior debt rating comes from Comafi's Ba3 global local currency deposit rating, Moody's said.
