Banco BTG Pactual plans to price $400 million of 2023 notes

New York, Dec. 4 – Brazil’s Banco BTG Pactual was holding investor meetings on Monday regarding a planned offering of $400 million of six-year notes, according to a market source.

The investor meetings were expected to wrap up on Wednesday. Banks mandated to organize the meetings are Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and UBC.

BTG Pactual is also tendering for up to $390 million principal amount of its $1.3 billion of outstanding 8¾% perpetual non-cumulative junior subordinated notes.

The lender is based in Sao Paulo.
