By Laura Lutz

Des Moines, May 30 - Eksportfinans ASA priced a $424,000 issue of 20% annualized reverse convertible notes due Aug. 31, 2007 linked to a basket containing three Latin American large cap stocks and Apple, Inc. via Natixis Securities North America Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition to Apple, the basket includes Companhia Vale do Rio Doce, Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) and Banco Bradesco SA.
