Brazil's Banco BMG whispers three-year dollar notes at high 6% area

Atlanta, March 2 - Brazil's Banco BMG SA whispered its planned dollar-denominated offering of notes due 2014 with a yield in the high 6% area, a market source said.
Barclays Capital, BCP and Banco Bradesco are the bookrunners for the deal, which is being marketed during a roadshow during the Feb. 28 week.
Banco BMG is a lender based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
