Brazil-based Banco BMG's 10-year tier 2 notes whispered to yield about 9 1/8%, to price Thursday

Atlanta, July 28 - Brazil-based Banco BMG's planned issue of 10-year tier 2 notes was whispered on Wednesday to yield about 9 1/8%, a market source said.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday.

BCP Securities, Morgan Stanley, Banco Bradesco and Santander are the bookrunners for the deal.

Banco BMG is a lender based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
