Moody's rates BMG notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 long-term foreign-currency debt rating to the $300 million subordinated notes issued by Banco BMG SA due November 2019, which are eligible for tier 2 capital treatment upon regulatory approval.

The outlook is stable.
