DBRS confirms BBVA
DBRS, Inc. said it confirmed Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA's issuer and senior debt ratings of AA (low) and short-term rating of R-1 (middle).
The trend on the long-term rating is negative, and the trend on the short-term rating is stable.
The action follows BBVA's announcement that it has made an offer to buy Unnim Banc, SA, according to the agency.
