Moody's rates UPC bonds B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional B2 rating to UPC Broadband Holding BV's proposed issuance of €200 million of senior notes due 2018.

The agency affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating, B2 rating on bonds and Ba3 rating on the senior secured facility.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the issue is for a partial exchange from existing notes due 2014.
