New York, Feb. 4 – The University of Colorado Hospital Authority is set to price $265,585,000 of series 2015 revenue and refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/P-1/AA-/A-1+/AA-/F1+) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The offering includes $151.33 million of series 2015A bonds, $57,406,000 of series 2015B bonds and $56.85 million of series 2015C bonds.
The 2015A bonds are due Nov. 15, 2046 and bear interest at the Window rate plus 8 basis points.
The 2015B bonds are due Nov. 15, 2039 and bear interest at the Window rate plus 8 bps.
The 2015C bonds are due Nov. 15, 2024 and bear interest at the Window rate plus 8 bps.
Proceeds will be used to construct a two-story addition to the Poudre Valley Hospital, the build-out of an inpatient tower Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion at the UCHealth Anschutz campus, renovation of facilities at Memorial Central and other improvements, as well as to refund the authority’s series 2005F and 2006A revenue bonds.
