New Issue: Banco ABC Brasil prices $100 million increase of 7 7/8% notes due 2020 at 106.5

Atlanta, Sept. 28 - Banco ABC Brasil priced a $100 million increase of its 7 7/8% notes due April 8, 2020 (Ba1) at 106.5, a market source said.

The notes priced in line with talk, set at the 105 area.

HSBC, Itau and Santander were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The outstanding size is $300 million.

Proceeds will be used to increase the bank's capital base and for general corporate purposes.

Banco ABC Brasil is a lender based in Sao Paulo.
