By Susanna Moon
Chicago, Sept. 6 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 10.5% to 12.5% annualized callable yield notes due March 21, 2012 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the Market Vectors Gold Miners exchange-traded fund and the United States Natural Gas Fund, LP, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 16 and settle on Sept. 21.
The Cusip number is 22546TEP2.
