Fitch revises four Italian banks to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlooks of Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, Credito Emiliano SpA, Mediobanca SpA and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro SpA to negative from stable and affirmed their long- and short-term issuer default ratings.

The outlook revisions follow the Oct. 1 revision of Italy's outlook to negative.
