Banca Carige extends maturity date on €195 million covered bonds

New York, Nov. 12 – Banca Carige SpA amended the final expiration date for its €195 million floating-rate covered bonds to Oct. 28, 2022, according to a company announcement.

The bonds were originally issued Feb. 25, 2016 under its €5 billion covered bond program, and were set to mature on Feb. 28, 2021.

The bank is based in Genoa, Italy.
