Uni-Marts hearing on exclusivity extension pushed back to May 18

Portland, Ore., May 11 - Uni-Marts, LLC's hearing on the company's motion for a fourth extension to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan was postponed to May 18.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, the company wants to extend its exclusive plan-filing period to June 22 from April 22 and the solicitation period to Aug. 20 from June 22.

Uni-Marts, a State College, Pa.-based convenience store operator, filed for bankruptcy on May 29, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11037.
