Columbus, Ohio, April 26 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.19 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due Oct. 27, 2025 linked to the common stock of PayPal Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at the rate of 16.78% per year if the stock closes at or above its coupon barrier, 75% of its initial share price, on any related observation date.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus coupon if the shares of the stock close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly call observation date.
If the notes are not called and the final share price is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 75% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will have full exposure to losses.
