New York, April 25 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $100,000 of buffered return optimization securities due Jan. 30, 2025 linked to Tesla, Inc. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If Tesla stock closes at or above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain, capped at par plus 32.28%.
If Tesla stock declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
