New Issue: UBS prices $1 million 10-year floating-rate notes with 2% floor, 7% cap

Chicago, March 30 - UBS AG, Jersey Branch priced $1 million of floating-rate notes due March 31, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be Libor plus 150 basis points, with a minimum rate of 2% and a maximum rate of 7%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
UBS Investment Bank is the underwriter.
