New Issue: UBS prices $1.45 million principal protection notes tied to UBS Bloomberg commodity index

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 26 - UBS AG priced $1.45 million of zero-coupon 100% principal protection notes due Feb. 28, 2013 linked to the UBS Bloomberg Constant Maturity Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any index gain. Investors will receive at least par.
UBS Investment Bank is the underwriter.
