UBS suspends sales of ProShares ETNs tied to Bloomberg WTI Crude index

Los Angeles, March 24 – UBS AG said it has suspended further sales from inventory of its outstanding ProShares Daily 3x Long Crude ETNs linked to the Bloomberg WTI Crude Oil Subindex ER due Jan. 4, 2047 (Cusip: 90274E117, NYSE Arca: WTIU).

As previously announced, the securities will be redeemed on April 9.

Holders will receive a call settlement amount equal to the current principal amount of the securities on April 6, being the last valuation date in the five consecutive business days beginning March 31 and ending April 6.

The suspension of further sales will remain in effect until the redemption date.

UBS said it does not intend to make future sales of previously issued but unsold securities or securities that UBS Securities LLC may acquire in the future.
