Tyche Peripheral OKs plans to issue up to $25 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 22 - Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd. said its board of directors has approved the issuance of up to $25 million of convertibles at a meeting on Friday.

The securities may be Global Depositary Receipts or convertibles.

Hyderabad, India-based Tyche Peripheral Systems is a manufacturer of automated and energy saving products for banks, offices and homes.
