TXCO unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. Trustee

Pittsburgh, June 1 - TXCO Resources, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by U.S. Trustee Charles F. McVay, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

The committee is comprised of Tim Ligocky of MTZ Vacuum Services of Uvalde, Texas; James L. Crookham of Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., based in Houston; Richard Hatchett of WTG Gas Marketing, Inc. of Midland, Texas; Susan Wooley of Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc. of Houston; Weldon McGuire of McGuire Industries, Inc. of Odessa, Texas; and Jodey Burkholder of Standard Tube Co. of Houston.

The committee members also include Patrick N. Jessup of Precision Gas Well Testing LP of Wharton, Texas; Bill Moll of Patterson-UTI Drilling Co., LLC, based in Houston; Greg M. Attrep of Smith International, Inc. of Houston; Steve Courville of Strata Directional Tech & Allis Chalmers Tubular Services of Houston; and David DeMarco of Innovative Energy Services, Inc. of Katy, Texas.

TXCO, a San Antonio-based energy company, filed for bankruptcy on May 18. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-51807.
