Morgan Stanley calls $6.5 million CMS curve, S&P 500-linked notes

Madison, Wis., Feb. 14 - Morgan Stanley gave notice that it will redeem all $6.5 million of its outstanding CMS curve and S&P 500 index-linked range accrual notes due May 27, 2029.

The notes (Cusip: 617482FM1) will be redeemed on Feb. 27 at par plus accrued interest.

The notes currently bear interest at a rate of 11% per year for each day that the spread of the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate over the two-year CMS rate is at least zero and the S&P 500 closes at or above 675.

Morgan Stanley originally issued $18 million of the notes.
