By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 24 - The price talk is 9¼%-9½% on TVN Finance Corp.'s upcoming offering of €235 million of 10-year senior notes (B3/B-), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price Tuesday, the source added.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner.

The notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to fund ITI Group's repurchase of SBS Broadcasting's equity stake in TVN.

The prospective issuer is a Polish broadcaster.
