Tutor Perini files automatic shelf covering stock, debt and preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., June 15 - Tutor Perini Corp. filed an automatic shelf in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers debt securities, guarantees of debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, warrants, stock purchase contracts and stock purchase units.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Tutor Perini is a Sylmar, Calif.-based civil and building construction company.
