Tuscany still reviewing offers for assets, postpones auction to May 9

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, May 1 - Tuscany International Holdings (U.S.A.) Ltd. postponed the auction for its assets in order to review offers received for portions of the assets, according to a May 1 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The auction date was extended to May 9 from May 2.

The bid deadline set in court-approved sale procedures was April 25. Tuscany said the offers being reviewed were received on or before that date.

Tuscany, a Calgary, Alta.-based oilfield services provider, filed bankruptcy on Feb. 2. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10193.
