Turkey’s Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi taps bookrunners for dollar notes

Virginia Beach, April 9 – Turkey’s Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi AS announced that it has tapped BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Commerzbank, ING and Standard Chartered to arrange a roadshow during the week ahead for a possible dollar-denominated bond offering (Baa3//BBB-), according to an informed source.

The sale will be done via Regulation S.

The issuer is a subsidiary of Istanbul-based Turkiye Is Bankasi AS (Isbank).
