Moody’s: Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma planned bond Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Baa3 long-term foreign-currency senior unsecured debt rating to Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi AS’ planned dollar-denominated bond issuance.

The provisional rating for the debt obligations is in line with Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma’s Baa3 long-term foreign-currency issuer rating and is not constrained by Turkey's foreign-currency debt ceiling.

The notes will be unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations, and will rank pari passu with all of Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma’s other senior unsecured obligations.
