Turkey's Tupras talks dollar 51/2-year notes at 350 bps area spread

Atlanta, Oct. 25 - Turkey's Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri AS (Tupras) set price talk at the Treasuries plus 350 basis points area for its planned benchmark-sized offering of 51/2-year dollar-denominated notes (Ba1//BBB-), a market source said.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Tupras is Korfez, Turkey-based petrochemical company.
