Turkey’s Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi launches $350 million five-year notes at 375 bps over mid-swaps

Atlanta, April 15 – Turkey’s Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi AS launched a $350 million offering five-year notes (expected ratings: Baa3//BBB-) at a spread of 375 basis points over mid-swaps, a market source said.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerzbank, ING and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners for the deal.

The issuer is a subsidiary of Istanbul-based Turkiye Is Bankasi AS (Isbank).
