By Colin Hanner

Chicago, May 4 – Turkey is offering 30-year dollar-denominated benchmark notes with initial price talk in the 6 1/8% area, a market source said.

Fair pricing would come in tighter to a 5 7/8% area, the market source added.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs are bookrunners for the deal.
