Turkey plans to offer dollar-denominated notes via three bookrunners

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 7 – The Republic of Turkey plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be non-callable.

BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan Securities plc are the bookrunners.

Counsel to the issuer is provided by Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and to the underwriters by Clifford Chance LLP.
