Turkey guides euro-denominated six-year notes to yield 4½%-4 5/8%

Concord, N.H., June 30 – The Republic of Turkey guided pricing for an offering of euro-denominated six-year notes to yield 4½% to 4.625%, according to a market source on Wednesday.

Initial price talk for the notes was in the area of 4¾%.

BNP Paribas, BofA Securities and Deutsche Bank are lead managers and bookrunners of the global offering.

The notes due July 8, 2027 are expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
