Chicago, Nov. 24 – The Republic of Turkey is in the market with a benchmark offering of dollar-denominated fixed-rate notes, according to a stabilization notice.

The notes will mature on Jan. 15, 2031.

Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are bookrunners for the offering.

The issue, which is part of the country’s 2020 external borrowing program, will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market.
