Türk Ekonomi Bankasi converts €90 million loan in order to borrow from Economy Luxembourg

New York, Oct. 19 - Türk Ekonomi Bankasi AS's board announced it will convert its €90 million subordinated loan into a loan to be borrowed from Economy Luxembourg SA.

On June 30, the company received the 10-year subordinated loan, with a repayment option after five years.

BNP Paribas originally provided the loan to the Istanbul-based bank.
