Turkcell Iletisim buys back another $4 million of bonds at discount

Chicago, March 8 – Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS announced additional buybacks of its eurobonds on Tuesday, after announcing $5 million face amount total of buybacks on Monday from two series.

On Tuesday, the company said it repurchased $4 million face amount of its eurobonds (ISIN: XS1298711729) at 92.31, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The mobile phone operator is based in Istanbul.
