Tucson Electric Power plans to sell notes due 2023

New York, Sept. 11 - Tucson Electric Power Co. is pricing notes due 2023 on Tuesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds from the sale of the notes (Baa3/BBB-/) will be used to repay amounts outstanding under a revolving credit facility. Any remainder will be used for general corporate purposes.

The utility is based in Tucson, Ariz.
