China’s Tsinlien Group talks renminbi three-year notes at 5.2%-5¼%

Atlanta, Sept. 2 – China’s Tsinlien Group Co. Ltd. set talk at 5.2% to 5¼% for a planned issue of up to RMB 8 billion of three-year notes, a market source said.

DBS Bank, Citic Bank, HSBC, ICBC and Wing Lung Bank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal, which could price as soon as Tuesday.

The issuer is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
