Trustreet Properties to redeem $295.52 million of 7½% notes in full

Milwaukee, April 23 - Trustreet Properties Inc. plans to redeem in full its $295.52 million of outstanding 7½% senior notes due April 1, 2015.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.75 on April 30, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Trustreet is a commercial real estate company based in Manassas, Va.
