Fitch affirms Trustmark

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Trustmark Corp.'s ratings at BBB+/F2.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the affirmation reflects the company's strong franchise within its operating markets and conservative risk appetite. Moreover, the ratings are supported by solid capital and liquidity levels.

Offsetting these ratings strengths is earnings performance relative to historical results, Fitch said.
