True Religion five-member committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Pittsburgh, July 12 – True Religion Apparel, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Xavier Haddad of Natco Trading LLC of Laredo, Texas; Amber Murray of Jamestown, LP of Atlanta; Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP, based in Chicago; Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group of Indianapolis; and William Palmer of Macerich, based in Pittsford, N.Y.

True Religion, a Vernon, Calif.-based jeans and jeans-related sportswear company, filed bankruptcy on July 5. The Chapter 11 case number is 17-11460.
